Dolcetti Sardi

Torta Salata
Italian torte salate, savoury cakes, are made in a variety of ways, but regardless of the filling, they are perfect as an appetizer or main course. Our savoury cake contains Ricotta, spinach, eggs, mortadella and speck.

Panadas
Panadas are small savoury pies, stuffed with meat, fish, cheese or vegetables. A characteristic dish of Sardinia and of very ancient origins.

Ciambelline
Filled with jam or chocolate hazelnut spread, these Sardinian sandwich cookies are beloved by adults and children alike. They are excellent to accompany breakfast, but also to eat as a snack or as a dessert at the end of a meal.

Fish Lasagna
A fish-based version of our classic lasagna. Fish will vary according to weekly catch, but do let us know if you have any preferences!

Tuna Polpette
Everyone is a fan of meatballs, but these are something a little different! Our chef prepares them with fresh tuna, tomato sauce and chilli pepper.

Arancino or Arancina is a rice ball, stuffed with rice, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried and it's a staple of Sicilian cuisine. Ours are filled with mozzarella or ragù and mozzarella.

Try our Italian panino! You can build it by choosing amongst our exclusive selection of cheese, cold cuts and marinated vegetables. Our cheese and meats are freshly cut-to-order and our bread rolls are homemade daily!
