Culunzones or Sardinian ravioli are similar to dumplings and they are traditionally stuffed with mashed potato, Pecorino and fresh mint. Our culunzones are handmade: the most challenging bit is definitely the shaping as they are meant to look like a wheat spike. Enjoy them with our tomato sauce.
Fresh pasta only needs a few minutes to cook!
Bring a large, deep pot of salted water to the boil. Drop in our fresh pasta. When the pasta starts floating to the top, cook for 2-3 minutes.
