We make our gnocchi from scratch with semolina, flour and potato. They work really well with creamy, cheesy sauces and also with tomato sauce.
Fresh pasta only needs a few minutes to cook!
Bring a large, deep pot of salted water to the boil. Drop in our fresh pasta. When the pasta starts floating to the top, cook for 2-3 minutes.
