Pardulas 500g

Sardinian saffron and ricotta tarts – also called pardule and “formaggelle” – are one of Sardinia’s favorite sweets. Much like seadas, these star-shaped tartlets change their name depending on the region of Sardinia where you get them. Traditionally an Easter sweet, pardulas are actually eaten year round.
