Authentic Sardinian and authentic Mediterranean, this Vermouth is produced with Vernaccia from Oristano, aged in chestnut barrels for ten years. The wine is then added in infusion for 30 days with all aromatic herbs and plants typical from Sardinia: helycrisum, myrtle, mastic, sage, Artemisia and thyme. Sweet starting supported by fresh and pleasant acidity, wide, enveloping and velvety, very persistent. Hints of dried fig, dates, almonds, spices, citrus. Ending that leaves the mouth in perfect balance between acidity, flavour and sweetness.
