These online shopping terms apply to all orders placed using this website. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Please let us know if you have any food allergy before placing your order.
When ordering a product by weight, due to the nature of some products, the weight received may vary slightly to the weight ordered. We always aim to keep this to a minimum.
When ordering homemade dishes please note that our dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients therefore the product received may differ slightly from the images shown.
The products images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. The packaging of products may vary from the images shown on this website.
Delivery\pick up date and time will be confirmed after your order has been placed. We normally require 1-5 days to prepare your order. However, we may require a longer preparation time during busy days, due to stock availability or due to nature of some products.
Delivery is available within 5-km radius from SE23 1LN; delivery fee is £2.50 (free on orders over £30).
If the contents have been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the damaged item(s) without charge (or provide you with a full credit) provided that you notify us within 7 days from delivery day.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will deliver the correct item as soon as possible.
Although we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Some prices displayed on this website may apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased in our store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on this website from time to time.
If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible or cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item.
If you change your mind about an item you ordered: we are not able to accept return of perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly. We will only accept returns of sealed items where the seal has not been broken within 7 days from purchase date.
